Hey! Who left the water on?

For the last four days now, since Tuesday June 5th, tropical storm Allison has taken the liberty of placing a good portion of Houston underwater.
Just about every major highway around town is closed off in one place or another, and many are without either electricity or telephone service. Then there's the hundreds of stalled vehicles littering the roads and highways, and the estimated billion dollars in damage.
And the good news, you say? Well... It looks like Allison might head back out to the Gulf of Mexico to strengthen up and hit us again.
